The Little Cafe Kuching

Food nice. If you want to try Sarawak food, here can be one of the places. Sarawak laksa, koloo mee, etc.

Something new to me if the kuih soup, don't know the name but similar to Pan Mee. It is more smooth and soft.

So far the food here are nice, have not try all yet.

Wisma Genting Chee Cheong Fun

The Chee Cheong Fun is at Wisma Genting, juction of Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Raja Chulan.

Ground floor just beside Wisma Genting.

Price standard.

Normal nice. Friend like to tapau/ take away on Saturday morning if need to work.

On weekdays, normally no place to sit and have to pack.

Halal I think, not sure.

Restaurant Chan Thong Kee

Been there twice. So far the food is good, not to say very good but will again during lunch.

They have many varieties from noodles to order of ala carte dishes, fish head, etc.

Price reasonable.

Not too noisy, not so hot and seating ok.

Can get less than RM10 per head for noodles.

Location next building of Honda and UOB. Opposite a small field. See receipt for address and contact number.

The Heritage Seafood Restaurant 喜临门 Kuching

Food is nice. I heard the owner was a chef and just want to have something to do. Not expanding bigger.

Can hold about 20 tables, but separated by walls into 3 sections.

Don't know why people like to celebrate birthday here. Total 5 birthday occasions during that night. Customers will book few tables and celebrate birthdays. I think more for elderly people or full moon.

Fried mee, nice.

5 cold dishes, nice, except that the octopus a bit sticky.

Duck skin and meat, nice, except that too much Mayonnaise. You will taste a bit sour, because of the mango.

Fried pork ribs and prawns, nice.

Herbal chicken, nice. Some commented a lot of different herbs.

Fried cod fish, nice. But I think steam will be better. Wasted by frying. Maybe is imported frozen cod fish.

Yam mixed vegetables, ok. But what can we say? Before cod fish already very full.

Red bean bun, normal.

Fruit, no comment.

What I think is, normally those set dinner hard to find decent one. Mass production. But this one worth a try.

About RM600 per table.

The cake is ordered and specially made from someone who works in a cake house. Nice. Very soft and easy to eat.

Is a cake house. Breads and cake, serve meals also.

Taste of cake? Many have commented is nice, and have been buying from here whenever there is a birthday celebration due to location.

Makēla review very nice

Strongly recommended by my friend. Kelantan food. I thought it was simple and not much choices. But just like nasi lemak and chicken rice, just one type but can be very nice.

Colleague brought me there few times also. Meaning they also like it.

Price very reasonable. The name Makela looks like Melaka, so I was thinking is Melaka food, but is actually Kelantan food.

Chicken, I think also got option of fish. Nice Sambal.

Always full house. Halal I think.

Environment clean, opened one year.

Fish Head Noodle Bandar Damai Perdana

RM10 for the big bowl, so much that can serve two persons. So the cost will be RM5 per person.

The name is called Cheras 4th Floor. Maybe this is the branch. They serve fish head noodle, fried or fresh, fish paste, yong tau fu, yee mee, etc.

RM7.50 for small portion and RM10 for big.

Behind the Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangasaan Cina Connaught, inside Bandar Damai Perdana.

Maybe the location is secluded, not many people. Food wise is ok. Outside more visible shops have a lot of things to eat. Fish head noodle lover, can give a try.

RM7.80 set with free drink.
Taste normal but we like the pan mee, they said taste better than the pan mee specialist at Ground Floor.
Friday less people, Monday to Thursday full house. Not sure open during weekend or not. Maybe Saturday half day.
